CVS pharmacists have expressed disgust over the company’s latest contract proposals, which still include radical concessions such as mandatory 12-hour shifts, forcing pharmacists to perform work on uncompensated time and meager wage increases.
CVS management is once again delaying contract negotiations by not agreeing to meet with the Teamsters Local 727 Bargaining Committee again until July 20 and July 21.
Osco management continued its history of out-of-touch proposals Tuesday, presenting the Teamsters Local 727 Bargaining Committee with a new contract offer for members to vote that contains no movement on the major issues pharmacists want to see addressed, such as health care and finding coverage.
