Today is Election Day—have you voted?

Today is our opportunity to affect the direction our country moves.  When working families stand together, we have the power to make a difference.

“Talk to your family about the candidates who need your vote, encourage your coworkers to exercise their rights, carpool with your neighbors to the polls,” encourages John Coli, Jr., Secretary-Treasurer of Local 727.  “By mobilizing our friends and families, we can ensure hard working Americans have their voices heard.  Today is our chance to make change.”

What if I’m not registered?

  • You can still vote! Illinois residents who have not registered to vote may register on election day.  Simply arrive to your designated polling place with two valid forms of identification, one of which lists your current address, and ask for assistance in registering and casting a provisional ballot.

Where can I find more information on my voting rights?
