Osco Management’s Latest Proposal Falls Short; Union to Gather Pharmacists’ Input

Osco management finally presented a comprehensive contract proposal that incorporates all remaining economic and non-economic issues at 7 p.m. Wednesday. However, the proposal adequately addresses only five of the Teamsters Local 727 Bargaining Committee’s remaining 14 issues that were outlined in the union’s last, best and final offer.

Local 727 Bargaining Committee Gives Osco Management Last, Best, Final Offer

Osco management opened the third day of federal mediation with the Teamsters Local 727 Bargaining Committee by promising to provide a complete, comprehensive offer. After seven hours, however, the company still has not provided such an offer, so instead, the Local 727 Bargaining Committee gave Osco management its last, best and final offer on all outstanding economic and non-economic issues.
