John T. Coli Slate Elected as Delegates to 2016 Teamsters Convention
The John T. Coli Slate on Jan. 10 was elected to represent the local union at the 2016 Teamsters Convention in June.
The slate of eight delegates and eight alternate delegates ran unopposed.
John T. Coli, John Coli Jr., William Coli, Curt Ziedrich, Ben Affetto, Melvin Pryor, Robert MacArthur and Nicholas Micaletti are the delegates, and Benjamin Rodriguez, Michael McManus, Scott Johnson, Melissa Senatore, Michael DeGard, Zeberdee Barnes, Floyd Hughes and Donaldo Leiva are the alternate delegates.
The delegation will be tasked with representing the best interests of Teamsters Local 727 by voting on proposed constitutional amendments, speaking about issues that affect Local 727 members and nominating officers for the International Brotherhood of Teamsters election, which will be held in the fall.
“This slate of dedicated, experienced union officers and representatives vows to work hard on behalf of our membership, just like we do each and every day,” said John T. Coli, Secretary-Treasurer of Local 727.
Teamsters Local 727 represents nearly 10,000 hardworking men and women throughout the Chicago area.
