Local 727 is Gearing Up to Make Strides Against Breast Cancer

Teamsters Local 727 invites all members and their families to join the Union in Making Strides Against Breast Cancer at the American Cancer Society’s upcoming walk in Park Ridge, IL.  Grab your comfiest walking shoes and come out to support the fight against breast cancer!

The walk will take place on Saturday, October 19th, beginning at 9 a.m. at Hodges Park—101 S. Courtland Ave, Park Ridge.  To register, visit our Team Page by clicking here.

All members that attend the walk will receive a free t-shirt!

Can’t make it to the walkFree t-shirts will also be given to all members that raise $20 for the Local 727 Making Strides Against Breast Cancer team!  Visit the Teamsters Local 727 team page for more information on how you can show your support and help in the fight to beat breast cancer.

Local 727 will once again be sponsoring the Park Ridge walk.  Make sure to bring your camera and hop up on the Big Pink Chair to snap a picture with the 727 sign!

To date, Local 727 members have banded together to raise more than $4,000 for breast cancer research.  But there is still more to be done.

“When we stand together, we make change possible,” said John Coli, Jr., Secretary-Treasurer of Local 727.  “I hope all of our members will come out and stand with Local 727 as we show our support for those fighting this terrible disease.”
