Union Investigates CDT’s 4 and Go Assignments

| September 6, 2017

Teamsters Local 727 was recently informed that National Express d/b/a Cook DuPage Transportation (CDT) may not be assigning 4 and Go’s in seniority order. As a result, the Union has sent an information request to the company that asks for, among other things –

  • An up-to-date seniority list
  • Employee classifications and sub groups
  • A list of all take home drivers, recon workers, 900-route drivers, and part-time employees

“Local 727 intends to get to the bottom of this,” said John Coli, Jr., Secretary-Treasurer of Local 727. “Regardless of how long it takes, we will continue to press the company for this important information.”

Members with questions should contact Local 727 Business Representative Donnie Von Moore at (773) 403-1032 or [email protected].

Nothing in this article should be read as the union’s waiver of any legal argument, position or additional grievance. The union does not forfeit its right to make any and all supplemental arguments.
